Q. I purchased a product but lost the Bonus Garment Offer form or the store where I purchased the product did not have any mail-in certificates. How can I receive a new one?

A: Please visit the "Promotions" area, which you can find by clicking on the main "Promotions & Events" heading found on the Playtexbras.com home page. There you will be able to locate and print details and forms for all current promotions.


Q: How do I check on the status of my free garment?

A: If it has been more than 12 weeks since you submitted the offer form, please visit the "Promotions" area, which you can find by clicking on the main "Promotions & Events" heading found on the Playtexbras.com home page. Simply fill out the online form, spelling and listing all required information the same way that you did when submitting the mail-in certificate. We will respond to your inquiry via e-mail within two business days.


Q. What will make checking on my bonus garment quicker and easier?

A: First, make sure it's been at least 12 weeks since you mailed your offer form. Our fulfillment centers must handle a large quantity of free garment shipments, and the process can take up to 12 weeks during more popular promotions. Checking prior to that time may not result in an answer simply because of the volume of bonus garment orders. If the required time has passed, use the online inquiry form, but make sure the name, address, zip code and e-mail you enter matches exactly what you listed on the offer form you mailed in. If any of the information differs, we may not be able to determine the status of your order.


Q. I'm sure the information I entered online matches what I wrote on the offer form, and it's been more than 12 weeks since I mailed it. The e-mail response from you states that there is no record of my order.

A: First, you should try calling the fulfillment house customer service number that was listed on your offer form. If there was no phone number listed on your form, or if you no longer have a copy of it, then please call our customer service line at 1-800-537-9955, Monday-Friday, from 9:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Our customer service team is ready and happy to help.


Q. What is a UPC code?

A: A UPC code is a unique bar code located on the box or hangtag of the product you purchased. Some merchandise may have several different bar codes visible, however, such as when a retailer adds its own barcoding. If you are not sure which one to send, please ask a salesperson or customer service representative at the store where the purchase was made.


Q. How do you use my e-mail address?

A: We use your e-mail address to notify you of the status of your promotional offer. If you checked the box for future mailings when you entered, we'll also send announcements regarding Playtex products and future offers. Otherwise, we do not sell or use your e-mail address for any other reason. Once your Bonus Offer has shipped, we delete your e-mail address from our database.
